Webinar: NECCTON participating in AIR CENTRE NETWORKING FRIDAYS sessions.

Webinar ALERT:
On March 8th, 2024, from 1:00 to 2:00 PM UTC
NECCTON's Stefano Ciavatta (MOi) and Sergi Pérez Jorge (IMAR) will be giving talks as part of the AIR CENTRE NETWORKING FRIDAYS webinar sessions.

NECCTON is creating a new modeling framework and innovative products for fisheries, pollution, and benthic habitats. These advancements will empower the Europe-wide Copernicus Marine Service to better advise ocean policymakers, managers, and the public on sustainable marine resource management. Join this webinar to hear about two case studies featuring the SEAPODYM ecological model: one exploring baleen whale movement in the mid-North Atlantic, and another uncovering cetacean presence at the Great Meteor seamount. NECCTON is an action for the UN Ocean Decade, part of the @Marine Life 2030 program Marine Life 2030 programme.
